Psychologist and psychotherapist services
The Integration and Inclusion Agency offers free of charge professional psychologist and psychotherapist consultations for adults, children, and families. These services are designed to provide psychological support, enhance emotional stability, and improve overall adaptation abilities.
Additionally, upon individual request, a psychologist or psychotherapist can provide a report for submission to state institutions or organizations.
Who is eligible for the service and how to apply?
The Integration and Inclusion Agency’s psychologist or psychotherapist services are available to third-country nationals who have received the right to reside in Latvia, and individuals in need of international protection (refugees, persons granted alternative status, and asylum seekers) who are legally residing in Latvia.
You can book a consultation with a psychologist or psychotherapist in Riga or in the regions by signing a service contract with a Change Agent.
How is the service provided?
Psychologist and psychotherapist consultations are available:
- In-person in all regions (Riga, Kurzeme, Latgale, Vidzeme, and Zemgale)
- Online
In what languages are consultations available?
The consultations are available in Latvian, Russian, and English.
Additionally, if needed and upon the client’s request, we offer the possibility to involve an interpreter so that everyone, regardless of language barriers, can receive quality support from our specialists.
