Qticket is a free app that makes it quick and easy to find the nearest branch of the company or institution you are interested in, and to get information about services and specialists.

The app allows you to remotely queue or make an appointment, cancel or reschedule your appointment, see in real time the progress of the branch queue and the estimated waiting time in the queue, as well as the recommended appointment times to avoid waiting in long on-site queues. For example, you can find the nearest branch of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs and join the queue and make an appointment remotely.
